By now you've probably heard of the 75 Hard Challenge. This was created by Andy Frisella in March 2019. On Andy's website he states that his “challenge” is not simply a fitness program, but a way to “change your life … starting from the inside.” He goes on to list 7 tasks to be completed daily and if you miss a day, your 75 days starts completely over. Now I don't know about you but 75 days seemed relatively daunting to commit to, so I decided to modify this part of the challenge making it only 21 days. If you didn't know, that's the average time it takes to build a habit. The rule still sticks that if you miss a day, the 21 days starts completely over. The daily tasks are as follows: 1. No soda or dairy beverages 2. Get in an hour of exercise (can be weights, cardio, hiit, etc) 3. Follow a diet of your choice (you're picking this so no excuses to cheat) 4. Write at least three things you're grateful for and last but not least 5. Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep every night. There you have it, 5 daily tasks and 21 days, it can't be too bad right? For most of us, these are things we need to be improving on anyway so I hope this helps you improve your daily habits and builds self discipline. Best of Luck!
